Temple Mt. Sinai Israel Trip June 2010
Have you been to Israel and always wanted to return? Have you yet to visit Israel and long to make a first trip? Would you like to “experience” Jewish history in many of the places where it was made? Do you have children or grandchildren that you would like to share your journey with?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, Temple Mt. Sinai invites you to join us on our Intergenerational Trip to Israel June 20 - July 4, 2010.
You may ask what is an intergenerational trip? It is a trip that…moves at a pace that is comfortable for kids and grownups alike; visits sites that capture the imagination; offers something new for the returning visitor and whole new world for the first-timer; has special parallel programming for kids and grownups wherever appropriate; is ideally suited for grandparents and their grandchildren. The itinerary has been set for twelve full days of touring in Tel Aviv, northern Israel, Jerusalem, and the Dead Sea area. We will spend three nights in Tel Aviv at the Crowne Plaza hotel, four nights on the Kinnert at Kibbutz Maagan's guesthouse, and five nights in Jerusalem at the Dan Panorama Hotel.
The land cost for this trip has been set at $2250/person, with small discounts for children 13 and under traveling with two adults. The group airfare from El Paso to TLV will be $1631 per person. In order to reserve a guaranteed space on the trip, a refundable deposit of $300/person is due by October 15, 2009.
There will be a trip interest meeting on Monday, October 5, at 5 pm at Temple Mt. Sinai. You may RSVP for the meeting by contacting Alanna Bach. If this opportunity to make a pilgrimage to Israel excites you, please contact Alanna Bach for a full itinerary and a registration form.
